Purpose

Description of the service

Imperium Capital designs algorithmic trading strategies. Access to these strategies is exclusively through a PAMM account offered by a partner broker (Vantage Markets, Trio Markets or IC Markets), on an account opened in the client’s name. The contractual relationship relating to account opening, deposits, withdrawals and the custody of funds is concluded directly between the client and the broker, under that broker’s terms.

The information published on the site is provided for information purposes. It constitutes neither personalised investment advice, nor a recommendation, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. It is your responsibility to assess, where appropriate with an independent adviser, whether the service suits your situation.

Compensation

Imperium Capital is compensated solely by a performance fee of 30% of realised gains, calculated on the high-water mark principle and deducted by the broker through the PAMM module. No fixed, entry, exit or management fees are charged by Imperium Capital. The broker’s own costs (spread, commissions, swaps) remain applicable.

Eligibility

The service is reserved for adults with legal capacity, residing in a country where access to this type of service is permitted. Performance data
